RETURN POLICY

We hope you’re loving your shopping experience with Moodist! Your happiness means the world to us. If your purchase wasn’t exactly what you had in mind, don’t worry—we’ve made our return process as easy as possible for you. Please read below carefully;

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, please reach us at  info@shopmoodist.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items cannot be returned?

All items included in the Year-End Clearout Sale and any products discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, we offer seamless exchanges for all US customers. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size seamlessly, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice.

All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Do you offer free returns?

We offer free returns for U.S. exchanges or full refunds issued as store credit. For returns refunded to your original payment method, a $10.99 return shipping fee will apply. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products! If your product is not 100% perfect we will offer you a full refund or replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
